Source Licence Due Diligence

The €8,500 Source Licence is a licence to run the same BetJunction casino platform on your infrastructure. Public commercial copy treats the following as included software: player-facing frontend, platform backend, player accounts, wallet and ledger, bonus/VIP/affiliate modules, and operator back office.

Exact repositories, handover format and documentation are confirmed in the technical scope issued to qualified buyers. They are not listed on the marketing site because the handover pack is defined in the agreement.

Unless the signed agreement says otherwise, Source Licence does not include hosting, deployment infrastructure, future updates, ongoing technical support, payment-provider or content-provider contracts, or a gaming licence.

“By agreement” means the point is settled in that contract after qualification. If the agreement is silent, treat the item as not included.

• Which repositories and documentation are in the handover pack?
• Who owns hosting, secrets, backups, monitoring and releases after delivery?
• Which third-party contracts must the operator sign itself?
• Are updates or support included, priced, or unavailable?
• What redistribution or multi-brand rights exist — if any?

Do not assume unrestricted sublicensing, ownership of studio content, or lifetime updates.
