Data we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we process the information you provide, which may include:

  • Full name
  • Business name
  • Work email address
  • Phone / WhatsApp number
  • Country
  • Target market
  • Package interest
  • Optional project details such as project status, launch timeframe, licence status, platform status, preferred payment method, additional requirements and free-text message

We may also store technical and attribution context submitted with the form, such as the page URL, referrer, UTM parameters, gclid and fbclid when present.

How we use the data

  • Respond to commercial and technical enquiries

  • Measure website performance where analytics consent is given

Legal bases

We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before entering a contract and for our legitimate interests in operating a B2B sales process. Where required, marketing communications are based on consent. Analytics cookies are used only after consent.

Processors and tools

Depending on configuration, the website may use the following processors:

  • Email delivery via Resend and/or SMTP for lead notifications
  • Optional webhook endpoint for lead delivery to an internal system
  • Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection when configured
  • Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and/or LinkedIn Insight Tag when configured and only after analytics consent
  • Optional Crisp chat widget when configured
  • Calendly and/or Microsoft Bookings when those booking URLs are configured

Processors receive only the data needed to provide their service. Availability of each processor depends on the environment configuration of this website.

Cookies and local storage

Essential storage is used to remember cookie preferences. Analytics technologies load only after you choose “Accept analytics”. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to handle the commercial relationship and related legitimate business records, unless a longer period is required by law or a shorter period is agreed.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers that process it on our instructions, or where disclosure is required by law.

International transfers

Some processors may process data outside your country. Where that occurs, appropriate transfer safeguards are expected under the processor’s terms and applicable law.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact morne@betjunction.tech to exercise these rights.

Security

We apply practical technical and organisational measures appropriate to a marketing-website lead process, including rate limiting, honeypot fields and optional Turnstile verification. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This website is intended for business users. It is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy when the website implementation or processing practices change. The “Last updated” date above will be revised when material changes are published.
