Publish an internal cost sheet that separates BETJUNCTION package fees from provider, licensing, support and acquisition assumptions so stakeholders compare complete launch economics rather than setup headlines alone.
Full cost stack
A realistic launch budget usually includes more than the platform fee:
- Platform setup and monthly service fees
- Licensing and compliance workstreams
- Payment-provider onboarding and processing charges
- Game-provider commercial terms where applicable
- Domains, brand assets and content
- Customer support staffing or an outsourced support package
- Marketing and player acquisition
Licensing costs
Package 1 does not include a gaming licence. Package 2 includes Anjouan white-label licensing support subject to compliance approval. A standalone licence service is available for operators with a suitable platform.
Licensing remains subject to identity verification, compliance review, target-market restrictions and approval by the relevant licensing partners. Approval is not guaranteed.
Payment costs
Every BETJUNCTION platform order includes one payment-provider integration at no additional integration fee. Provider onboarding, commercial approval, technical access and third-party processing charges remain subject to the selected provider.
Commercial invoices to BETJUNCTION may be settled by international bank transfer, SWIFT, USDT or USDC. Those are invoice settlement methods, not automatic player-facing cashier methods.
Game-provider costs
BETJUNCTION provides access to a catalogue of 129 provider brands on the platform packages. Availability depends on licence, jurisdiction and commercial approval.
Provider-specific commercials, geographic restrictions and activation requirements can affect total cost and go-live timing.
Operating costs
After launch, operators typically budget for retention tooling usage, support coverage, payment processing, risk operations and acquisition.
Platform technical support assists with software and infrastructure under the selected package. Optional 24/7 end-player customer support is a separate €1,770/month service with four dedicated agents, live chat, email, help desk and knowledge-base coverage.
Planning a realistic budget
Start with the package that matches your operating model, then add licensing, payments, support and acquisition assumptions. Use the pricing page and enquiry form to request a commercial proposal based on your markets.
Cost planning fails when teams only compare setup fees. Two operators can choose the same headline package and still produce very different monthly burn rates because payment processing, acquisition, support staffing and compliance work differ by market.
White-label packages make the BETJUNCTION platform component easier to forecast: Package 1 at €1,000 setup and €500 per month, or Package 2 at €4,000 setup and €2,000 per month when Anjouan white-label licensing support is included subject to approval. Source code shifts spend into engineering time and infrastructure ownership after the €8,500 purchase.
Licensing can be material even when it is optional. The standalone Anjouan white-label licence service is currently €2,500 setup and €1,200 per month for operators with a suitable platform. Approval remains subject to identity verification, compliance review and partner decision-making, so budgets should not assume guaranteed approval timelines.
Payment economics have two layers. The platform order includes one payment-provider integration at no additional integration fee, but provider onboarding, commercial approval and processing charges remain subject to the selected provider. Separately, BETJUNCTION commercial invoices may be settled by international bank transfer, SWIFT, USDT or USDC. Those settlement methods are not automatically player-facing cashier options.
Support is another controllable line item. Platform technical support assists the operator with software and infrastructure under the selected package. Optional 24/7 end-player customer support is a distinct €1,770 per month service covering four dedicated agents, live chat, email, help desk and knowledge-base resources.
A useful budgeting method is to separate committed platform costs from contingent third-party costs. Committed costs are the BETJUNCTION package fees you select. Contingent costs depend on approvals and usage: payment processing, provider commercials, acquisition spend and any additional compliance work required for your markets.
Build a base case and a constrained case. The base case assumes orderly onboarding and one payment integration progressing as planned. The constrained case assumes slower provider approval, extra compliance documentation and higher support load after launch. Operators that only budget the base case are the ones most surprised by calendar slip and working-capital pressure.
After package selection, request a commercial proposal through the contact form so assumptions about markets, licensing and support can be confirmed before you lock an internal financial model.
