Net Gaming Revenue (NGR)
Gross gaming revenue after deducting bonuses, gaming taxes, provider fees and payment costs.
NGR is the figure that reflects what an operator actually keeps from gaming activity. Exact definitions vary by contract, so what is deducted must be specified precisely — particularly in revenue-share agreements.
Most commercial arrangements, affiliate commissions and platform fees are calculated on NGR rather than GGR, since it accounts for the real cost of generating that revenue.
